Crush a leaf and she positively announces herself: bright, citrusy, intensely Australian and quite incapable of being subtle.

Brew it into tea. Infuse it into syrups or honey. Crumble it through cakes, biscuits and desserts. Add it to marinades, savoury dishes or whatever culinary experiment has taken possession of you.

Each jar contains whole dried, home-grown organic lemon myrtle leaves, gathered and prepared in small batches.

The jars are all different shapes and sizes, so consider it a botanical lucky dip:

$15 to $50 per jar, depending on size.

And naturally, the glass jar is yours to keep and refill with something equally delicious once you’ve worked your way through the leaves.
